Ackler Creek is a moderate, 4.2-mile out-and-back hike in the Mountain City-Ruby Mountains-Jarbidge Ranger District of Nevada's Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. The trail rises about 1,500 feet from a low point of 7,158 feet to a high of 8,689 feet, and it is open year round. The Forest Service manages the land, and the route is natural-surface, with horses and bikes both allowed. The trail lies within the forest's mountain country, and it makes an easy pairing with other hikes in the area. Alles Creek is less than half a mile away, and Secret-Starr is about 1.2 miles off.
