The Uberfall - right is a climbing area within the Mohonk Preserve in New York, managed by a non-governmental organization. It sits among a cluster of other climbing spots, including Suzie A Boulders, Pebbles Boulders and Doug's Roof, all about 0.1 mile away, and the Uberfall problems, which are also close by. The area has 39 routes, with trad climbing making up the bulk of them. The grades run from 5.0 to 5.11-, with the hardest route, Low Exposure, at 5.11- and a first ascent by John Stannard. Sport climbing is also present, with the Unknown route, also known as Ken and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, at 5.10b. For timing, late spring through early fall is the most comfortable stretch. Typical averages from the nearby Mohonk Lake weather station show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 73°F, with July peaking near 83°F. Winter brings frequent snow days, with January highs around 34°F. Hikers can pair a climbing day with the Millbrook Ridge Trail, about 0.4 mile away, or the Old Minnewaska Trail, roughly 0.7 mile off.
