Lake Arnold Trail is a moderate hike in New York's High Peaks Wilderness, managed by the State Department of Conservation. The trail is about 2.9 miles long, and the one-way climb from the starting point at 3,437 feet to the high point at 3,824 feet totals about 1,267 feet. The route also descends past the low point at 2,618 feet, so the total elevation change over the full trip is roughly 1,267 feet up and 1,465 feet down.
