The Adjustor Boulder is a bouldering area in Pennsylvania, about a mile from the town of Mount Gretna Heights. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, including Smiley Boulder and the Pulley Area, all within a tenth of a mile, so it works well as one stop among several. The boulders here range from easier to challenging. Five routes are listed, all in the bouldering style. The Adjustor, named for the area, is the hardest at V8-9, with Equilateral close behind at V7-8. The easier options include Toss up to chunk at V1-2 and Long Dong at V2. The area is best suited to late spring through early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show September highs around 76°F with lows near 55°F, and May is similar at about 72°F and 51°F. The station sits about 350 feet lower than the boulders, so temperatures here run a bit cooler. The Fraggle Rock Trail, a mountain biking route, is half a mile away, and the Chautauqua Trail hike is about a mile off.
