Mccubbins Tr #576B: Maze Loop is a 14-mile out-and-back hike in the Barlow Ranger District of Mt. Hood National Forest, Oregon, on Forest Service land. The trail rises from a low point of about 2,973 feet to a high of about 3,327 feet, with the steepest stretch at about 24% grade at roughly 1.6 miles in. It is a hard hike, and the natural-surface trail is part of the McCubbins trail network. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from the nearby Government Camp weather station show July and August highs around 70°F with only four wet days a month, while winter months bring highs in the mid-30s and rain on 20 or more days. The closest neighbors are the McCubbins Peggy Trail #576D, about 0.3 miles away, and Mccubbins 576A: Campgrnd Loop, about 0.5 miles away.
