Bear Wallow is an easy out-and-back hike in Arizona's Chiricahua Wilderness, within the Douglas Ranger District of Coronado National Forest. The trail is managed by the Forest Service and sits at roughly 9,200 feet, with a low point of about 9,198 feet and a high of about 9,306 feet. The climb is gentle, with a total elevation gain of 129 feet over a route of about 1.6 miles. The trail is natural-surfaced and not accessible. It is open year-round and allows horses, but not bikes. Several other destinations lie within a short distance. Booger Spring, a mountain biking spot, is just 0.1 mile away, and the Green House hike is about half a mile off. For camping, Rustler Park is about 2.6 miles away and Sycamore is about 3 miles away.
