Centella is an easy, out-and-back hike of about 2.7 miles in the Chiricahua Wilderness, part of the Douglas Ranger District of Coronado National Forest in southeastern Arizona. The nearest town is Paradise, about 5.5 miles away. The trail is rated easy, with a one-way climb of about 307 feet from a low point of roughly 9,064 feet to a high of about 9,374 feet. It is a natural-surface trail, and horses are allowed. Bikes are not, and the route is not accessible. The trail sits within designated wilderness, so plan around the rules that go with that status. The surrounding area has several other routes close by. Fly and Long Park Trail #42D both start about 0.1 mile away, and the Telephone Line Trail is about 0.8 mile off. For an overnight stay, Rustler Park campground is about 1.8 miles away.
