Lost Honeycomb is a climbing area in Oregon, about 1.7 miles from North Umpqua Village. It sits close to two other climbing areas, Fire Dome and Secret Cleft, each about 0.1 mile away, which makes it easy to pair with them on a single visit. The area has five routes, with grades ranging from 5.7 to 5.9 on the YDS scale. Delta Dawn is a sport route at 5.7, and For the Birds and Bee's Dihedral are trad routes at 5.8 and 5.9. Doug Fir Arete is a top-rope route at 5.8. The climbing styles here include sport, trad, top rope and bouldering. Summer is the most comfortable time to climb. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July and August highs around 84°F with only about three wet days a month, while winter months bring highs in the mid-40s and rain on 17 or more days.
