Catwalk is a 2.3-mile hike in the Siskiyou Mountains Ranger District of the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forests in southern Oregon, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is rated easy and is an out-and-back route that gains about 922 feet one way, with the high point at 4,371 feet and the low at 3,414 feet. The steepest stretch comes at about 0.6 miles in, with a grade of 24 percent. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from the nearby Howard Prairie Dam weather station show July and August highs around 79°F with only two or three wet days a month, while winter brings highs in the mid-30s and regular snow days. The trail is natural-surface and allows horses and bikes. It is not an accessible trail. Marty's Tie and Marty's are both within half a mile, and the Poison Oak Wall climbing area is about 4.4 miles away. Mt Ashland campground sits about 5.4 miles off.
