Barrett Spur Trail #600D is a 1.68-mile moderate hike in the Mount Hood Wilderness, part of the Hood River Ranger District of Mt. Hood National Forest in Oregon. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is an out-and-back that climbs to about 7,833 feet from a low point near 5,968 feet. The route is front-loaded, with the steepest stretch at about 1.2 miles in, where the grade reaches nearly 49%. The total climb is 2,024 feet, and the round trip covers about 3.4 miles. Dollar Lake and Elk Cove Trail #631 both sit within a third of a mile. Tilly Jane campground is about 2.7 miles away, and the Sandy River offers canoeing roughly 5.8 miles off.
