Red Rock Wash is a climbing area on Bureau of Land Management land within the Red Rock/Sloan Field Office in Nevada. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with Mother's Crag about 0.2 miles away and Wobble and Mystery Canyon each about 0.4 miles off. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show April highs around 70°F and October highs around 75°F, while July and August average in the mid-90s. That station sits about 950 feet lower than the wash, so temperatures here run cooler. For a hike, White Rock Loop is about half a mile away, and Red Rock Canyon Campground is roughly 7 miles off.
