Outhouse Wall is a climbing area in the La Madre Mountain Wilderness of Nevada, within the Bureau of Land Management's Red Rock/Sloan Field Office. The wall sits among several other climbing spots and a hiking loop, so it works well as a base for exploring the surrounding crags and trails. Spring and fall bring the most comfortable conditions. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show highs around 70°F in April and 75°F in October, while July highs reach about 95°F. That station sits roughly 1,100 feet below the wall, so temperatures up here run cooler. The area has eight routes, mostly trad with one sport line. Grades range from 5.7 to 5.12. Standouts include "Crack Ninja" at 5.12 and "Jam Session" at 5.11a, both trad, while "Partly Sonnie" is the sport route at 5.7.
