Fawn Springs Loop is a hard hike in the Minidoka Ranger District of Idaho's Sawtooth National Forest, about 15.5 miles from the town of Rogerson. The trail is an out-and-back that starts at 7,455 feet and climbs to 7,455 feet, with a total gain of 2,246 feet over the round trip. The route is rolling, but the steepest stretch comes at about 2.7 miles in, where the grade reaches 28%. The trail is long and steep, so plan for a full day. The nearest campgrounds are Pettit Campground and Diamondfield Jack Campground, both about a mile away. The Eagle (Interp. Trail) and Pike Springs Loop hikes are also close by.
