Chatfield Hollow Main Wall is a climbing area in Connecticut, about 1.6 miles from the town of Killingworth. It sits among a cluster of other climbing spots and hiking trails, making it an easy addition to a day spent exploring the surrounding area. The area has 48 routes, with trad climbing the most common style. The grades run from 5.3 up to 5.13b, and sport climbing is also available. Among the named routes are Kiddy Crack at 5.3, The Mudskipper at 5.10b/c and The Anarchist, a sport route at 5.13b. For a change of pace, the White Pond Trail and Deep Woods Trail both start within a quarter mile. The Foster Pond Area and Grey Matter Area are climbing areas about half a mile away.
