Pink Trail (Off Leash Loop) is a 1.7-mile loop in Connecticut, about 1.4 miles from the town of Lyons Plain. The trail rises from a low point of 332 feet to a high of 465 feet, with a total elevation gain of 111 feet and a total loss of 155 feet. The climb is rated easy, and the route is a loop, so you can start and end at the same point. The trail is a short outing, and the most comfortable months for a visit are typically late spring through early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Danbury run from highs around 69°F in May to about 74°F in September, with July the warmest at 82°F. Dogs are allowed on this trail, and they must be leashed. Horses are not permitted. The trip takes about half an hour, and the trail sits close to several other routes.
