Laurel Ledges Trail is a short, easy hike in Connecticut, about 1.8 miles from the town of Hattertown. The route is 0.44 miles long, with a total elevation gain of 25 feet and a total loss of 33 feet, so it's a gentle walk that can be done in either direction. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from the nearby Danbury weather station show May highs around 72°F and September highs around 75°F, with July peaking near 85°F. Several other trails sit close by. Cattail Trail is about 0.1 mile away, Oak Hill Trail about 0.2 mile, and Seven Ponds Trail about 0.3 mile. For climbing, Western Coastal Slope is roughly 2.6 miles off.
