Maple Road Trail is a short, easy hike in Connecticut, set on Town Open Space on the Paine Property. The route is 0.36 miles long, with a total elevation gain of 95 feet, and it is rated easy. The trail is a point-to-point walk, and the climb is gentle. The steepest part comes at about 0.17 miles in, with a grade of 11 percent. The high point is 606 feet, and the low point is 486 feet. For comfortable weather, aim for late spring or early fall.
