Jenny Creek Loop is a short, easy cross-country skiing route in the Boulder Ranger District of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests in Colorado. It covers about 0.6 miles, with a high point of 9,347 feet and a low of 9,297 feet, so the climb is minimal, around 75 feet of elevation gain. Winter is the natural season for this ski loop. Typical averages from a nearby weather station run from highs around 29°F with lows near 12°F in January and February to highs around 47°F and lows near 26°F in October, with summer highs in the mid-60s. The station sits about 480 feet below the loop, so temperatures on the route run a little cooler. Zarlengo Loop is just 0.1 mile away and Meadows Loop is about 0.3 mile away, making it easy to pair with another ski loop. Climbers can head to Eldora, about 2 miles off, and paddlers will find Middle Boulder Creek roughly 5 miles away.
