Doom Wall is a climbing area in the Santa Lucia Ranger District of Los Padres National Forest, managed by the Forest Service, on the California coast. It sits among a cluster of named climbing spots, and two of them, Sea of Love Wall and Mr. Lees Greater Hong Kong, are each about 0.1 mile away. Summer is the driest and mildest time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July and August highs around 77 to 78°F with almost no wet days. That station sits well below the wall, so temperatures up high run cooler. Hwy 166/Silly Rock and Big Rocks are both within a mile. For a hike, Gifford is about 3 miles away.
