Kelly's Hill is a climbing area in the Santa Barbara Ranger District of Los Padres National Forest in California, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with the Top of the World and Entry Way climbing areas each about 0.1 mile away. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show April highs around 76°F and October highs around 83°F, while July and August average in the mid-90s. That station sits well below the hill, so temperatures up high run cooler. Fremont Campground, about 3.8 miles away, offers saltwater fishing, and the Rattlesnake Trail is about 3.9 miles off. Paradise Campground and Los Prietos, both within about 4.3 miles, are the closest campgrounds.
