Dry Wall is a climbing area in the Powder River Ranger District of Bighorn National Forest in Wyoming, managed by the Forest Service. Several other climbing areas sit right alongside it, including Lunar Surface, The, After 5 Crag and Wall of Denial, each about 0.1 mile away. For comfortable weather, aim for late spring or early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show June highs around 80°F and September highs around 76°F, with July the warmest month at about 88°F. That station sits roughly 1,400 feet lower than the climbing area, so temperatures on the wall run cooler.
