Hagen Tr is a 5.4-mile out-and-back hike on natural surface in the Jackson Ranger District of Bridger-Teton National Forest in Wyoming. The trail rises about 464 feet from its low point of 6,431 feet to a high of 6,907 feet. It is managed by the Forest Service. Bikes and horses are both allowed, so the route works for riders and pack animals. The trailhead is named Cache Creek Trailhead, and it sits about 0.1 mile from the River Trail and the Hagen Trail for mountain biking, as well as the Cache Creek Snow cross-country ski area. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from the nearby Jackson, WY weather station put July highs around 79°F with lows near 41°F, and the station sits several hundred feet below the trail, so temperatures on the route run a bit cooler. The trail is open from about May 1 to October 31. Curtis Canyon Campground is about 5 miles away for an overnight stay, and the Jackson Hole climbing area is about 1.2 miles off.
