Fish Creek is a moderate out-and-back hike in the Big Piney Ranger District of Bridger-Teton National Forest in Wyoming, managed by the Forest Service. The route is about 11 miles long, with a one-way climb of roughly 1,500 feet from a low point of about 8,400 feet to a high of about 10,450 feet. The trail is natural-surfaced and allows both horses and bikes, so it works for riders and pack animals as well as hikers. Several other trails start close by. North Fork Fish Creek is about 0.2 miles away and Middle Fork Fish Creek about 0.9 miles. Middle Piney Lake Campground, about 3.3 miles off, offers a place to camp, and Sacajawea Campground is about 5 miles away.
