East Fork is a moderate hike of about 5 miles in the Greys River Ranger District of Bridger-Teton National Forest in Wyoming, managed by the Forest Service. The trail is an out-and-back, with a low point of about 8,265 feet and a high of about 9,068 feet, and it gains roughly 790 feet in elevation one way. The trail is natural-surfaced and allows both horses and bikes, so it works for riders and pack animals as well as hikers. Several other trails sit within a few miles, including Boco Creek about 1.7 miles away and the Way Trail and Old Wyoming Peak Trail at about 2.2 miles. For an overnight base, La Barge Guard Station campground is about 3.2 miles off.
