Upper Wizard Way Trail is a moderate out-and-back hike in Oregon's Mt. Hood National Forest, within the Hood River Ranger District. The trail is about 0.77 miles long, and the round trip covers roughly 1.5 miles with a total elevation gain of 931 feet. The climb is front-loaded, with the steepest stretch at about 0.17 miles from the start, where the grade reaches 40 percent. The trail's high point is 8,006 feet, and the low point is 7,203 feet. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is part of a cluster of Wizard Way routes. Middle Wizard Way Trail lies about 0.6 miles away, and Lower Wizard Way Trail is about 1.2 miles off.
