Sisters High School South is a Forest Service trail in the Sisters Ranger District of Deschutes National Forest in Oregon, about 7 miles from Sisters. The route is an out-and-back of roughly 7.3 miles, with a total climb of about 478 feet, and it is rated hard. The trail is natural-surfaced and allows bikes. Horses are not permitted.
