Rimrock Paved is a 6.6-mile out-and-back hike in Oregon, about 2 miles from the community of Deschutes River Woods. The trail is paved, rated hard, and has a total elevation gain of 212 feet, with the steepest stretch at about 2.9 miles. The route is accessible and allows bikes, but horses are not. The trail is also listed as accessible by the Forest Service. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from the nearby Bend weather station show July highs around 84°F with lows near 49°F, while winter brings highs in the low 40s and a few snowy days a month from December through February. Several other trails start close by, including Deschutes River Hiking and the Cod Connector (Tetherow), both about 0.1 mile away, and the River Loop at half a mile. Climbers can find Meadow Camp, AKA Meadow Picnic Area, about 1.6 miles off.
