Relentless is a short, easy hike in the Central Coast Ranger District-ODNRA of Siuslaw National Forest in Oregon, about 0.45 miles from the start. It's an out-and-back route of roughly 0.9 miles, with a total climb of about 279 feet and a high point of 1,560 feet. The climb is front-loaded, with the steepest stretch at about 0.14 miles from the start, where the grade reaches 16 percent. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Corvallis show July and August highs around 82 to 83°F with only about four wet days a month, while winter months bring highs in the mid-40s and rain on most days. That station sits nearly 1,000 feet lower than the trail, so temperatures on the hike run cooler. Collarbone Alley is about 0.3 miles away, and Blodgett Staircase and Mohawk are each about 0.4 miles off. For an overnight stay, Marys Peak Campground is about 4.2 miles away.
