Parish Cabin Campground is a Forest Service campground in the Blue Mountain Ranger District of Oregon's Malheur National Forest. It sits at about 4,660 feet, roughly 10.8 miles from the Seneca weather station, whose typical averages give a sense of the conditions here. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical July and August highs reach about 82°F with lows near 35 to 39°F and only three to four wet days a month. Winter is cold, with typical January highs around 36°F and lows near 11°F. Vault toilets are the only amenities on site, and a fee is charged. Wickiup Campground is about 5 miles away, and the Buckhorn Meadows Trail #205 and Table Mountain Trail #217 are both within about 5 miles. Bear Creek, a canoeing spot, is about 2.7 miles away.
