B Trail is a short, easy mountain biking route in the Town of Yorktown Parkland, on city-managed land in New York. The trail is about 0.15 miles from the town of Yorktown, and the whole trip is an out-and-back of about 0.3 miles with a total climb of about 29 feet. The route is front-loaded, so the steepest part comes early, and the trail returns to its starting point at about 565 feet. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Shrub Oak show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 75°F, with lows in the 40s. Several other trails sit about 0.1 mile away, including G Trail, Y Trail and R Trail. For climbing, Rocky Glen Pond is about 5.5 miles off, and the Croton River offers paddling about 7.6 miles away.
