B Trail is a short, out-and-back mountain biking route in the Town of Yorktown Parkland, on city-managed land in New York. The trail is about 0.4 miles long, with a total elevation gain of 61 feet, and it is rated hard. The climb is steepest at about 0.16 miles, with a grade of 2 percent, and the route reaches a high point of 558 feet before returning to a low of 511 feet. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to ride. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Shrub Oak show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 75°F, while July averages about 84°F and January highs sit near 37°F. The trail sits among a cluster of other routes. W Trail and Taconic Bridge Trail are each about 0.1 miles away, and R Trail is a similar distance.
