Lillian Brook Trail is a 1.6-mile moderate hike in the High Peaks Wilderness of New York, managed by the State Department of Conservation. The nearest town is Underwood, about 5 miles away. The trail is a point-to-point route with a total elevation gain of 1,375 feet, rising from about 2,500 feet to nearly 3,900 feet. The steepest stretch comes early, with a 50% grade at about 0.18 miles in. The climb is one way, and the route also includes a total descent of about 1,400 feet. Grace Peak Trail and the Lillian Brook Cutoff Trail both lie within half a mile, and the Boquet Forks Trail and Dix Range Trail are each about a mile away.
