Oak Flat Connector Trail is a short, easy hike in the Sandia Ranger District of Cibola National Forest in northern New Mexico, managed by the Forest Service. It is a 0.3-mile out-and-back route with a total elevation gain of about 15 feet, so the trail is nearly flat. The high point is about 7,694 feet, and the low point is about 7,679 feet. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Sandia Park show May highs around 73°F and October highs around 65°F, with summer highs in the low 80s. Oak Flat is about 0.3 miles away, and Deadman and Sofa King are each about 0.4 miles away. Climbers can find Block Wall about 3.2 miles off.
