Nambe Lake is a short, easy hike in the Pecos Wilderness, part of the Espanola Ranger District of the Santa Fe National Forest in northern New Mexico. The trail is about 2 miles long, with a one-way climb of roughly 925 feet from a low point of about 10,434 feet to a high of about 11,368 feet. It is an out-and-back route on natural surface, and bikes are not allowed. The Winsor Trail (254) starts just 0.1 mile away, and Upper Nambe is about 0.3 mile off. Aspen Basin campground sits about 1.5 miles away, and Big Tesuque campground is about 3 miles away.
