Delberts is an easy, loop-shaped hike of about 4.2 miles in the Sandia Ranger District of Cibola National Forest in New Mexico. It's a low-commitment outing with a total elevation gain of about 700 feet, reaching a high point of roughly 7,279 feet from a low of about 6,914 feet. The most comfortable stretch for a visit is late spring and early fall. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Sandia Park run to highs around 73°F in May and 77°F in September, with summer highs near 83°F. That station sits a few hundred feet below the route. The hike takes about 1.5 hours. It starts close to the Chamisoso Trail, about 0.2 miles away, with the Cedro Singletrack Trail and Middle both about half a mile off. Climbers can head to Ranger Station Wall, about 2.2 miles away.
