The Bvb Trail is a short, easy out-and-back hike in the Sandia Ranger District of Cibola National Forest in New Mexico, managed by the Forest Service. The route is about half a mile long, with a low point of 7,113 feet and a high of 7,220 feet, so the climb is a gentle 64 feet of elevation gain. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from the nearby Sandia Park weather station show May highs around 73°F and September highs around 77°F, with lows in the low 40s. Winter is cold, with January highs near 44°F and lows around 19°F. The trail sits close to several other routes. The Pajarito Trail, Southwick Trail and Bushwack Trail are each about 0.2 miles away. Climbers can find the Ranger Station Wall about 3.8 miles off.
