Grand Circle Trail is a 11.5-mile out-and-back hike on Bureau of Land Management land in Nevada's Red Rock/Sloan Field Office, about 6 miles from the Red Rock Canyon Campground. The trail starts at the Grand Circle Adventure Trailhead and rises from a low point of 3,795 feet to a high point of 4,650 feet, with an elevation gain of 817 feet. It is rated hard, and the surface is natural. Spring and fall bring the most comfortable weather. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show April highs around 70°F and October highs around 75°F, while July and August average in the mid-90s. That station sits about 870 feet lower than the trail's high point, so temperatures on the climb run cooler. Climbers will find Lost And Found Crag and Sheep Skull Crags about 0.3 miles away, with Willow Springs Boulders at 0.4 miles. The Lost Creek Trail starts about half a mile from the trailhead.
