Gardner Creek Loop is a 6.2-mile out-and-back hike in the Mountain City-Ruby Mountains-Jarbidge Ranger District of Nevada's Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. The trail rises from a low point of 7,056 feet to a high of 8,620 feet, with a total elevation gain of 1,610 feet. The Forest Service manages the land, and the route is rated hard. The trail is natural-surfaced and allows horses, so riders can take the loop on foot or on horseback. It is open year-round, and the trip works as a single outing rather than a multi-day base. The loop sits close to several mountain biking routes. Franklin is about 0.4 miles away, Krenka North about 0.9 miles, and the Lamoille-Gardner Creek trailhead about a mile. Krenka Creek, a hike, is roughly 1.5 miles off.
