Sergeant - Corporal Creek is a 19-mile out-and-back hike in the Bob Marshall Wilderness, part of the Spotted Bear Ranger District of Flathead National Forest in northwest Montana. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail runs entirely within designated wilderness. The route rises from about 4,071 feet to roughly 4,850 feet, with an elevation gain of 1,107 feet one way. It is a hard hike, and the trail surface is natural. Horses are allowed, but bikes are not, and the trail is not accessible. Summer is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at E Glacier show July and August highs around 74°F with lows in the mid-40s, while winter highs stay near freezing. Beaver Creek Campground sits about 2 miles away, and the Trail Creek and Trail Creek Connector hikes are each about 2.1 miles off. Spotted Bear Lookout is about 3.5 miles away.
