Fairy Lakeshore is a short, easy loop hike in the Bozeman Ranger District of Custer Gallatin National Forest in Montana, about half a mile long and rated easy. The trail sits at roughly 7,550 feet, with a total climb of just 16 feet, so it's a gentle walk that works well as a quick stop or a warm-up before heading further into the area. The trail is on natural surface, and both horses and bikes are allowed, which makes it a flexible option for riders and pack animals. The Forest Service manages the land, and the route loops back on itself, so you can start and end at the same point. Sacagawea Pass lies about 0.1 mile away, and Fairy Lake campground and the Fairy Creek Trail are each about 0.2 mile off. The Bridger Foothills Trail is about 0.9 mile away, so there's plenty to pair with this short outing.
