The Bridger Range is a climbing area in Montana's Custer Gallatin National Forest, within the Bozeman Ranger District. The Forest Service manages the land, and the area sits among a cluster of other climbing spots, hiking routes and campgrounds. The climbing here runs from about 5.5 to 5.11a on the YDS scale, with sport, alpine and mixed styles. Among the named routes are Original Route (5.5, alpine), Honey Bee Ridge (5.8, trad) and Handmade (5.11a, sport). The area's routes include a mix of styles, with sport and alpine climbing making up the bulk. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit.
