Filly Creek is a hard hike in Idaho's Frank Church-River of No Return Wilderness, on the North Fork Ranger District of the Salmon-Challis National Forest. The trail is an out-and-back that climbs from about 5,300 feet to roughly 8,450 feet, with a total elevation gain of about 3,000 feet over a route of about 14 miles. The trail is on natural surface and is open year-round. Horses are allowed, but bikes are not. The Forest Service manages the land. The climb is a long one, and the route is rated hard. The trail's high point sits at about 8,450 feet, and the low point is around 5,300 feet. Several other trails lie within a few miles, including Horse Creek for canoeing, Cayuse Creek and Stud Creek for hiking, and Reynolds Creek. Corn Creek Campground Complex is about 9 miles away.
