Creek Trail is a short, easy hike in Connecticut, about a third of a mile long and rising roughly 67 feet from a low point of 200 feet to a high of 288 feet. It is a point-to-point route, and the steepest stretch comes at about 0.22 miles in, with a 13% grade. The nearest town is Chatsworth Village, about a mile away. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Hartford show May highs around 72°F and September highs around 76°F, with July peaking near 85°F. The trail is close to several other routes. Summit Trail is about 0.4 miles away, and North Trail and Spring Pond Trail are each about half a mile off. Climbers can find Firetown Road about 2 miles away.
