Horseshoe Campground is a small, quiet Forest Service campground in the Yampa Ranger District of the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest in northwest Colorado. It sits within the 235,000-acre Flat Tops Wilderness, with 7 campsites set among the trees. The setting offers a sense of privacy and postcard views, so bring a camera. Vault toilets are the only amenity. A fee is charged for stays. The campground makes a good base for exploring the surrounding area.
