Lilypad Lake is a 4.6-mile out-and-back hike in the Trinity Alps Wilderness, within the Weaverville Ranger District of Shasta-Trinity National Forest in California. The route climbs about 1,050 feet from a low point of 6,035 feet to a high point of 7,093 feet, and it is rated moderate. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is on natural surface. Horses are allowed, and bikes are not. The trip runs from May 1 through November 28, so plan for an open season that ends before the end of the year. Tracy and Little Boulder Lake are both within about a mile, and Thumb Rock is close by as well. Goldfield Cg-F, a campground, sits about 4.5 miles away.
