Little Boulder Lake is a short, easy hike in the Trinity Alps Wilderness, part of the Weaverville Ranger District of Shasta-Trinity National Forest in northern California. The Forest Service manages the land, and the trail is about a mile long with a one-way climb of about 106 feet, from roughly 6,311 feet to 6,430 feet. The trail is natural-surface and allows horses, so it works for riders as well as hikers. Bikes are not allowed. Several other lakes sit close by. Boulder Lake is about a mile away, and Lilypad Lake and Lion Lake are each within about a mile and a quarter. For an overnight stay, Goldfield Campground is about 3.5 miles off.
