Dragon Eggz is a bouldering area in the Flagstaff Ranger District of Coconino National Forest in Arizona, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with the 2) Dragon Egg and 3) Smaug areas each about 0.1 mile away. The climbing here is all bouldering, with five routes ranging from V3 to V8. Hosana is the easiest at V3, and Wurm Gyrms is the hardest at V8. Corn on the Cob and Nine Wives are both V5. The routes were first ascended by climbers including Danny Mauz and Ethan Dyer Stand. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Ft Valley show May highs around 71°F and October highs around 66°F, while July and August bring the most wet days of the year. The Blue Dot Trail and Middle Tier Trail, both mountain biking routes, are within half a mile. Little Elden Springs Horsecamp is about 3 miles away, and Lockett Meadow Campground is about 8.6 miles away.
