4) Hole Show is a bouldering area in the Flagstaff Ranger District of Coconino National Forest in Arizona, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among a cluster of climbing areas, with 3) Jolly Roger and 2) Broken Symmetry each about 0.1 mile away. The area holds seven bouldering routes, all rated on the V scale from V2 to V9. The most challenging are Bounty hunter at V9 and Primal Fury at V9-10. Haunt-a-Crack is the easiest at V2, and The Hole Show is a V9 route with a first ascent by Sam Davis. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Ft Valley show May highs around 71°F and October highs around 66°F, while July and August bring the most wet days. Mountain bikers can ride the Pipeline and Forces of Nature trails, both within a third of a mile. Little Elden Springs Horsecamp is about 3 miles away for camping.
