Beer Wall is a climbing area in New River Gorge National Park and Preserve in West Virginia, managed by the National Park Service. It sits among a cluster of other climbing areas, with Bubba Buttress and Central Bubba each about 0.1 mile away and Rainbow Ledge Area about 0.2 mile off. The area has 18 routes, with sport climbing the most common style. Grades run from 5.4 to 5.11d, and the hardest is Cirrhosis of the Leader, a boulder problem at 5.11d. Sport routes include Daisy Cutter at 5.7 and Delerium Tremors at 5.11a, and the trad route Werewolf is at 5.10b. For timing, late spring and early fall are the most comfortable. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 75°F and September highs around 78°F, with lows near 50°F. Winter is cold, with January highs around 42°F. The Junkyard Area Trail and Hawks Nest Connector Trail are both about 0.7 mile away. Paddlers can find Manns Creek about 10 miles off.
