Trundle Dome is a climbing area in the Wenatchee River Ranger District of Washington's Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, managed by the Forest Service. It sits close to the Backslider Wall and The Fridge climbing areas, both about 0.1 mile away. The climbing here is mixed, with a few sport routes. Eight routes are listed, and the grades run from 5.9- up to 5.11c, with the median around 5.10-. Mixed routes dominate, and two stand out: Sonic Boom at 5.10- and Bulkhead Blues at 5.11c. Feet Fest is a sport route at 5.11c. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Leavenworth put May highs around 71°F and September highs near 78°F, with fewer wet days than the rest of the year.
